Read Insights
Where the deals that arrived have got to, where they come from and when they arrive, and the period report that counts each figure on its own date.
Open Deals and choose Insights. The page is titled The leads, by the numbers, with a card for each question.
What needs a person now
Three cards come first:
- Tours today: how many tours are on the books today and how each is going, with the hours they start. With none today it shows the week ahead. See today's tours opens them.
- Needs attention: a count for each kind of work waiting on a person. Press a row to open the ones it counts.
- Waiting now: the deals owed a call, as first calls, callbacks overdue, going cold and called today. Press a count to open those deals.
Pick the period
The next card is framed by the dates, and the line under them says the time zone. Pick Today, 7 days, This month or 30 days, and, when you have more than one location, All locations or one of them.
What became of the deals that arrived
The strip follows the deals that arrived in the period and counts how far each has got since: Leads in, then those who booked a tour, those who showed, and those who joined. Each figure says what it counts and out of what. A rate on fewer than ten deals reads "too few to rate", and a period with only a few deals says its numbers in words and draws no chart.
A tour held this week for a deal that arrived last month is not counted here. To count each thing on the day it happened, open What happened this period.
- Where they drop off names the biggest drop, and how many joined without a tour. The line about tours counts the tours whose time fell in the period: how many came, how many were a no-show or cancelled, and how many are not marked yet. A large "not marked yet" means outcomes are missing. See Visits with no outcome.
- Speed to lead is the median wait for a first call, and Speed against the target shows how many were called within your target. Speed to lead, by place, rep and offer opens the full report. See Speed to lead.
- How these overlap and Day by day show the tours and the joins of the period, whichever period the deal came in, and each day's count.
Where deals come from
Where leads come from lists the deals by source, most first, and By ad campaign below it. Joined counts those who have joined since. See the leads opens them. Why leads said no counts the deals that were closed as not interested, by the reason given.
Speed to lead
The Speed to lead card shows the median wait for a first call, day by day, for the deals that arrived in the period, and how many were called within your target. The line at its foot says how the wait is counted. By place, rep and offer opens the full report. See Speed to lead.
When deals arrive
The grid shows every weekday by the hour, from Fewer to More. The sentence under it names the busiest day and the busiest hour, and how many deals arrived outside your opening hours, which needs each location's opening hours. Use it to staff the phones for the hours when deals arrive.
What happened this period
Insights → Reports → This period counts each figure on its own date: a deal on the day it arrived, a tour on the day it took place, and a join on the day it joined. Pick 7 days, 14 days, 30 days or Dates, and a location.
- The figures at the top are Leads in, Tours booked, Tours held, Joined and Not interested, with one line that adds up the tours that came due: held, no-show and not marked yet.
- By location has a row for each location and a total. It shows when you have more than one location and none is picked.
- By rep has a row for each person and a Team total. Nobody yet holds the tours booked online, the walk-ins, and the deals nobody has called.
- Press a column's heading to sort by it.
A person who sees only their own deals sees their own row and the team total. The page needs reports on the person's permission set.
On a screen on the wall
Open full screen at the foot of the Insights page shows it without the menus, and it refreshes every 30 seconds.
