Put a lead form on your site
Set up a lead form, share its hosted page or send your own landing page's enquiries to it, and check that it is working.
Every lead form comes with a hosted page. Link to that page from your website, your ads and your emails, or build your own landing page that sends its enquiries to the form.
Create the form
- Open Marketing → Lead forms and press Add form.
- Give it a Form name, an Offer in the parent's words (such as "Free for 2 sessions"), and the Location its deals land at.
- Under Fields, set what the parent fills in, top to bottom.
- Under Validation, keep Bot protection on Invisible check, and choose the email and phone checks.
- Under Success, write the thank-you message, or give a page to send them to.
- Under Allowed websites, list your website's address. Leave it blank to allow any.
- Press Create form.
Put it on your site
- Link to the hosted page. On the form's page, Hosted page shows its address. Press Copy link and use it for a button on your website, an ad, an email, or a QR code you make from the link. Open page shows it as a parent sees it.
- Use your own landing page. Your page sends its form to Monody. Integrate on the form's page lists the address, the fields and an example to copy; the Lead capture API has the detail. Add your page's address to the form's allowed websites.
A deal from the hosted page is counted as Web form, and a deal from your own page as Landing page, so Insights keeps them apart.
Check it is working
- Hosted page shows the last 7 days: how many submissions were accepted and refused. Activity lists each one, with the reason for a refusal.
- If the bot check refuses every submission, the page says so. On your own domain, turn bot protection off for the form, or ask us to add your domain to the check.
- Under Confirmation email, Send a confirmation email sends every parent who gives an email a confirmation the moment they submit.
Monody does not draw the QR code, and there is no code to paste into your page to show the form inside it. Link to the hosted page, or send your own form's answers to Monody.
