Building a campaign

Create a campaign from Marketing → Campaigns. The steps are Details, Audience, Content, Schedule and Review. Everything starts as a draft, and nothing sends until you schedule or send it. Campaigns go by email: texting from Monody is not open to businesses yet, and a text campaign stays a draft.

A broadcast goes out once. A drip campaign enrols people into a timed sequence. A marketing email reaches only people who agreed to marketing email, and it leaves out anyone who unsubscribed, bounced, turned off the campaign's topic or asked not to be contacted.
