Measuring what works
Each deal keeps the source and campaign that brought it in, and Insights counts how far the deals from each have got.
Every deal keeps the source that captured it, such as a form, a landing page, a referral or a walk-in, and the campaign it came from when there is one. Insights counts the deals that arrived in a period and how many of them have been reached, booked a tour and joined. Open Deals and choose Insights. See Read Insights.
Tracing a member's recurring dues back to the campaign that brought them in comes with Operate, which is not open to businesses yet.
