Capturing deals
Every enquiry, from a web form, a landing page, an event, a referral or a walk-in, lands as one deal with its source.
Deals arrive from your website forms, Monody's hosted form pages, event booths, referrals and walk-ins. Every one is captured with its source and attribution, so you always know where a deal came from.
Staff can add a deal from Deals with its source and a name, an email or a phone. A deal with no way to reach them is listed under Needs review until it has one. A likely duplicate is shown at entry under Already on file?, and it never blocks the save. A deal that matches another record later shows Possible duplicate on its page, with Compare and Merge leads.
