Adding your team

Open Settings → Team → People. Invite a staff member as an admin or staff, then give them a permission set: a named bundle of capabilities you can reuse across people. Monody ships eight starters: Membership advisor, Call-centre rep, Front desk, Location manager, Marketing, Program deal, Instructor, and Accounting / billing. You can clone and adjust any of them under Settings → Team → Permission sets. The Instructor and Accounting / billing starters cover classes and billing, which come with Operate and are not open to businesses yet.

Access has two independent axes: what (capabilities like deals, campaigns or reports) and where (which locations). A staff member only ever sees the tabs, records and actions their set allows: hidden, not just disabled. There are no per-seat fees, so access is never a licensing question.
