Adding your team
Invite staff and grant exactly the access they need with permission sets.
Open Account → Team & access. Invite a staff member as an admin or staff, then assign a permission set — a named bundle of capabilities you can reuse across people. Monody ships six starters (Sales rep, Front desk, Location manager, Marketing, Fitness manager, Accounting) that you can clone and tweak.
Access has two independent axes: what (capabilities like "leads" or "billing") and where (which locations). A staffer only ever sees the tabs, records, and actions their set allows — hidden, not just disabled. Seats are unlimited and free; access is not licensing.
