Questions about the price

When does a location's fee start?At signing, after the demo, then monthly in advance from that day. A location that opens or closes mid-month is charged by the day.
Are there per-seat fees?No. Contacts, members and staff seats are unlimited, each seat with its own permission set and locations.
Are Stripe's fees included?No. Stripe's processing fees are passed through at cost, on their own line.
What is the demo?A demo workspace with its own limits, free for about 14 days. After it, the agreement is signed and the fee starts.
Can we start before Operate opens?Yes. Engage starts on its own, and we write to you once when Operate opens.
What about Build, Team and Office?These add-ons are in development. Each will be priced when it is ready, and not before.
Is there a contract?No. Plans are month to month, with no contract and no penalty, and you can cancel at any time.
