Mnody
Roadmap

Customers set the roadmap

What we are working on now, what comes next and what comes after, in order and without dates.

The core first, then what customers ask for

01The core comes firstEngage and Operate must hold up against the specialist tools you use today before we build anything on top of them.
02Built from what customers askWhat every business asks for is built for everyone. Add-ons are built when a customer needs them.
03We run Monody on MonodyOur own company works in Monody every day, so we find its rough edges first.

Now, next and later

Each group opens to what is in it.

  1. NowWhat we are working on

    Engage early access

    • Engage is open to a few businesses at a time. Our team sets up each one personally.
    • Mai drafts a first reply as an enquiry arrives, for a person to review and send.
    • Mai offers tour times and books a tour once a staff member approves it.

    Mai's safety rules

    • A message about distress, self-harm, grief, illness, injury, harassment or a safety concern goes straight to a person. Mai sends nothing beyond a short acknowledgement.
    • Complaints, cancellations, legal and privacy questions, and anything about children also go to a person.
    • Mai never uses guilt, pressure or shame in a retention or payment message.
    • Mai can only do what the person asking is allowed to do.
    • A message Mai sends on her own says it comes from your AI assistant and explains how to reach a person. Everything she does is in your activity log under her name.
    • You can pause Mai for one kind of task, one department, one location or everywhere.
  2. LaterAdd-ons, built when customers ask for them

    Build

    • What each role sees on a record, reports built from your own fields, and things of your own, such as equipment or rooms.

    Team

    • Schedules, availability, shift swaps, time off, the time clock and certifications.

    Office

    • The team's own workspace: departments, chat and direct messages, file storage and a knowledge base.

What shipped, week by week

Engage features are open now. Items marked Operate reach new businesses when Operate opens from its waitlist.

  1. Week ofOctober 19, 2026

    Bringing your data over

    • HubSpot connects through its API: contacts with their consent and subscriptions, lists and deals with their owners pass through the same preview, then a count check against HubSpot.
    • Opt-outs come across as they are, and nobody who has opted out is contacted.

    The sales floor

    • No answer and Voicemail are logged in one press, with the callback offered.
    • The Team page shows the days each person used Monody in the last 30 days.
  2. Week ofOctober 5, 2026

    Deals and leads

    • Several pipelines are open to every business, each with its own stages, set beside the editor that shows them.
    • A business can add up to 100 fields of its own to each kind of record.
    • The Deals board has one card for each deal and a controls line: the view in a menu and the filters in one popover.
    • Saved views on Deals and Contacts; bulk actions on Deals, Contacts, Members, Campaigns and the trash.
    • A deal opens as a record with its next steps in one row, the reason it came back, its notes and the facts you chose.
    • Today lists the setter's day: first calls, callbacks, rebooks, replies, tours and tours with no outcome yet.
    • Every screen that shows a tour offers the same actions, and recording the outcome takes one screen that credits the setter and the closer.
    • Contacts is a list with consent, club, owner and activity, and each person has a page of their own.
    • Tour confirmations and reminders go out by email in the business's own words.
    • A deal shows the ad it came from, and the Ads board lists Google, Meta and other sources by campaign, ad set and ad.

    Automations and email

    • An automation is a set of numbered steps, each saying what it does in one line, under a sentence that says who it starts for and when.
    • Each step shows how many people it has reached.
    • Emails carry your brand, with a hero picture, a quote and your sign-off, and you can start one from your own HTML.
    • Lead forms and hosted pages show their list beside the form's preview.

    Insights and the team

    • Insights opens on today's tours and what needs attention, then shows the period's figures, how they overlap, a day-by-day view and the hours your team is staffed.
    • The team page has a card for each rep with the change since the last period.
    • The wallboard puts Insights on a screen by the desk, live, club by club.
    • The night report is emailed at the hour the business chooses.

    Settings, pay and access

    • Permission sets are a matrix of what each role can see and do, with Setter and Closer presets and the pay each can reach.
    • Each person's hours are set by week; one commission rate sheet for the business, pay reported by rep.
    • The handbook lists every rule a person works under, taken from the settings.

    Across the product

    • The product fills a wide screen up to 2560 pixels, every page is two presses from the dock at the foot of the screen, and the theme switches between light and dark.
  3. Week ofSeptember 28, 2026

    Forms and your data

    • A form can sit inside your own page: paste the snippet from the form's Share panel where it should appear.
    • An administrator can request a full export of the business's data in Settings. The download link is emailed, works once and expires after seven days. Files and photos are not included.
  4. Week ofSeptember 21, 2026

    Leads and follow-ups

    • Follow-ups stop for good when a lead replies or books a tour. The lead's card says why, and a person decides whether to start them again.
    • When a lead goes quiet after replying, Monody asks the rep before any follow-up starts again.
    • The Inbox lists every lead waiting on an answer, with the longest wait first, and you can answer from there.
    • A lead can book, move or cancel their own tour from a booking link, and two people can never book the same time.
    • You can send a lead a booking link from the message box on their record.
    • Tour confirmations, a reminder the day before and a reminder two hours before are sent by email, each once.
    • A lead opens in one window, with the conversation beside the details. Texts, emails and logged calls share one thread.
    • The message box holds the subject, the message, the channel and Send in one place.
    • Lead cards show the date and time each lead came in.
    • Adding a lead is now a short set of steps, and "Already on file?" shows the people who match before you add a duplicate.
    • Leads your staff enter by hand no longer start the automatic follow-up emails.
    • Book a tour shows who is working at each time, with each person's own hours.
    • Every staff member can set their own working hours in Your settings.
    • Insights shows the lead funnel by ad campaign.

    Mai Coming

    • Mai opens in a panel beside your work, and she is off until the owner turns her on.
    • You can ask Mai for a batch of follow-ups. She drafts them, you review each one, and nothing reaches a lead until you press Send.
    • Mai stays within each person's own leads and has no access to payments.

    Email

    • Your emails to leads come from an address that looks like your own business, not a "noreply" address.
    • When a lead replies by email, a copy goes to your business's own inbox.
    • Every lead who fills in a form receives a confirmation email.
    • Your logo and colours appear on the emails your customers receive, and each form's confirmation can be designed in the email editor.
    • Each new lead rings the bell and sends one email to the address you choose. Staff receive an email when a lead is assigned to them.
    • Every marketing email carries your business name, a postal address, a contact and a one-click unsubscribe, and Monody checks for them before it sends.
    • Implied consent is now counted from a person's last purchase or enquiry, as CASL requires, and the consent wording on your forms names your business.

    Front desk and classes (Operate)

    • A booking cancelled less than 4 hours before class uses the session, and the member is told before they confirm.
    • The member record, the desk search and the member portal show how many sessions are left this month.
    • Insights shows who went over their session limit this month.
    • The desk can let a member in from check-in when they forget their card.

    Across the product

    • Any fact on a record can be edited in place and saved on its own.
    • Notifications lead with what needs you, with the button that deals with it.
    • Activity reads as the day's events, with who did what in plain words.
    • Trash keeps deleted items for 30 days. You can restore several at once, and the front desk can restore its own.
    • Tours is a two-week calendar you can scroll.
    • Settings shows whether each connected service is working, and Business details holds facts you enter once.
    • Staff profiles for your website, with a preview beside the form.
    • Help shows when a person will answer, based on our published support hours.
    • A new sign-in device is confirmed with an emailed code, and recovery codes can be replaced.
    • A new design across the whole product, on desktop and on phones.
  5. Week ofSeptember 14, 2026

    Leads and follow-ups

    • Book a tour with a short brief for whoever runs it.
    • Replies from leads land on the lead, and follow-ups hold when a lead answers.
    • Mark a lead do-not-contact, and Monody cancels their follow-ups and stops marketing to them.

What if you only needed one system?

What customers ask for is built for everyone. A demo is where it starts.
