Tasks, checklists and a morning email

Office turns the work that arrives in Monody into tasks, each with an owner and a due date, and emails each person their list every morning.

We are building Office for our own team first. It will be an add-on, priced when it is ready.

Work arrives with its owner and its date

A support request, a contact message or an application becomes a task on the record it is about, with the procedure for doing it. Its status moves with the work.

A checklist runs on the record

It is dated from its start, so each step shows when it is due.

Next
The step due now, with its date.
Overdue
A step whose date has passed is marked overdue.
Waiting
A step that depends on a date waits until that date is set.
Done
A finished step is ticked off the list.

What comes first, and what comes after

We run our own company on Monody, so our team builds and uses Office before any customer sees it.

After thatReply, forward, editUpdating a task by replying to the morning email, turning any email into a task, and editing procedures in Office.
For your businessAn add-on, priced when readyOffice will be an add-on to Engage and Operate, with chat and direct messages, file storage and a knowledge base. Add-ons are built when a customer asks for them.
