The setter
For the person who calls new deals and books tours: the calls owed, the closers' tour times, and the tours that come back.
You call new deals, book their tours with the person who runs them, confirm the tour the day before, and follow up when a tour does not end in a sale.
Your day in Monody
Monody opens on Today. Needs you shows the replies waiting, the first calls and callbacks you owe, tomorrow's tours to confirm, and the tours that came back to you. Work it from left to right, then the board.
The five things you do most
- Call a new lead and log it. Press Leads in Needs you, then Call. Log how it went. See Log a call.
- Book a tour with a closer. On the deal, press Book a tour, pick the day, and tap a time under the closer you want in Who's working. See Book a tour.
- Confirm tomorrow's tours. Tours & tasks lists them under Tomorrow · confirm. Call, then press Mark confirmed, or Send a reminder.
- Follow up the tours that came back. Back from tours lists each one with the closer's reason and what to book: a be-back tour or a buy appointment. Book it, or close the deal as not interested. See Mark the outcome.
- Answer replies. Deals → Inbox, the longest wait first. See Answer the Inbox.
Where to look when something needs you
- Needs you on Today, first thing and after each call.
- The deal's Next card says the one thing due on that deal.
- Your speed to lead is counted in your own working hours. Keep them current under Your settings → Working hours. See Speed to lead.
