The closer
For the person who runs tours at the club: your calendar, the brief before each tour, and the outcome after it.
You run the tours your setters book into your times, take walk-ins, and record what happened at each tour.
Your day in Monody
When you take tours, Monody opens on your calendar for today: each tour as a block with its time, the person, what they came for and who booked it, and the gaps between them. Mine shows your tours and Everyone the club's.
The five things you do most
- Read the brief. Tap a tour before it starts to see what the setter noted: the goal in the person's words, why now, and what shapes the visit.
- Mark arrivals. Press Arrived when they come in.
- Record the outcome. Tap the tour once it is due. Pick the sale, Trial with the day it ends, or Back to the setter with what they said and what the setter should book next. A no-show is the line at the foot. See Mark the outcome and Trials and when they end.
- Take a walk-in. Press Walk-in at the top, or in the bar at the bottom on a phone. See Walk-ins at the desk.
- Follow up a trial. On the morning a trial ends, a task asks you or the deal's owner to find out how it went.
Where to look when something needs you
- A tour still missing its outcome shows as owed on your calendar. Two hours after its time you get a notice, and the next morning your managers do. See Visits with no outcome.
- Needs you on Today, which counts what waits for you.
