Visits with no outcome
A tour that has passed without an outcome is listed for managers, and the people concerned are told once. Nothing is written on the deal.
Every tour that took place should have an outcome. When one is still missing two hours after its time, Monody says so, to the person who ran it and then to their managers. It states what happened, and it never writes on the deal or tells anyone what to do.
Your business's own word for a visit replaces "tour" throughout: Tours with no outcome reads, for example, Trial classes with no outcome.
The notices
- Two hours after the tour, the person who ran it gets a notice: "Tour outcome overdue", with the deal's name, the time and the location.
- At 9:00 AM the next morning, on the location's clock, the location's managers and the administrators get "Tour outcome still overdue", with who it is assigned to.
Each notice is sent once. A tour more than two days old starts no notice. A person who has turned these notices off gets none.
The managers' list
On Today, Needs you has a cell for managers: Tours with no outcome, with how many and how long the oldest has waited. It shows for administrators, and for staff who can review the team at their locations.
- Press the cell. One tour opens its deal; several open the list.
- The list is grouped into Today and From earlier days, and reaches back 14 days. Each row shows the deal, the tour's time, the location, Assigned to and the person, and how long the outcome has been owed.
- Press Outcome to record it there, or open the deal.
The list is how people are prompted. To stop a tour appearing, record its outcome; see Mark the outcome.
Everyone else
The person who ran the tour also sees it in Needs you → Tours & tasks, under Missing an outcome.
