Book a tour

Steps

1. Open the deal and press Book a tour at the top right. On a phone it is in the bar at the bottom.
2. Pick a day, then a time. Who runs it lists the people free then. You are picked when you run tours and are free; otherwise the deal's owner.
3. Check the line above the button, which reads the whole booking, such as "Thu, Sep 24 · 4:30 PM with Nadia".
4. To brief the person running it, press Add a note: Goal, in their words, Why now, What shapes the visit, and a note.
5. Press Book the tour.

For a time outside the grid, press Another day and enter the date, the time and who runs it.

A deal added with New deal can be booked in the same step. Choose Book a tour on its last step and press Save and book a tour.

What you'll see

• The deal moves to Tour booked, and its Next card shows the tour, its time and who runs it, with Reschedule.
• The tour is on the Tours calendar, and the person running it is notified.
• The deal's automatic follow-ups stop: the tour reminders take over.
• On the day, Needs you → Tours & tasks lists the tour with Send a reminder or Mark confirmed before it starts, and Arrived when they come in.

After the tour

Press Outcome on the tour and pick what happened: Sold, Trial, Thinking about it, No-show or Not interested. A Trial asks When does the trial end?, already filled in a week from today, or with the trial length your business uses. Monody asks the deal's owner how it went on the morning the trial ends. A tour with no outcome two hours after its time is listed for managers. See Visits with no outcome.

A person who comes in without a booking is started from Walk-in, not booked here. See Walk-ins at the desk.

If it won't book

• Set the lead's centre first: the tour times belong to a location, so give the deal one in Details.
• No tour times are set: the location has no tour availability yet. Book with Another day, or ask an owner to set the times.
• That time was taken a moment ago: someone booked it while you were choosing. Pick another.
