The owner's week

For the owner or manager: the numbers on Today, the deals board, Insights, and who is waiting on an answer.

The Today page your team opens on carries your numbers. This page covers what to set up before the team's first shift, then the checks that take a few minutes each week.

Before the first shift

  • Email. Open Settings → Connections: it says whether email works, and Settings → Email shows the detail. Nobody can email a deal from Monody until it works. If it does not, write to support@monody.app. Texting from Monody is not open to businesses yet: until it is, a new deal's reply, your campaigns and your automations all go by email.
  • Tour times. Open Settings → Locations, then the location, and choose Tour availability. Turn on Accept tour bookings, tap the weekly times you take tours, pick Who runs tours here, and press Save availability. Without tour times, Book a tour only offers Another day, and booking links are refused.
  • Opening hours. On the same location page, Edit hours. Insights uses them to count the deals that arrive while you are closed.
  • The first-call target. Settings → Lead rules → Calling sets how many minutes a new deal may wait for a first call, the team's hours, and the do-not-contact policy.
  • Your team. Invite each person with the access their job needs: Invite a staff member.
  • Your forms. Put a lead form on your website so enquiries arrive as deals: Put a lead form on your site.

The numbers

On Today, How the week is going has three parts. Switch the period with Week, Month or Dates.

  • Where leads drop off follows the deals that arrived in the period: how many were reached, booked a tour, toured and joined. The sentence under it names the biggest drop, and See them opens those deals.
  • Speed to lead is the median wait for a first call against your target, with the last 14 days drawn beside it. Walk-ins and phone calls are not counted: you spoke to them when they arrived.
  • When today's leads arrived shows today's deals by the hour, against your opening hours.

Open Insights at the foot of the card goes further: Read Insights.

The pipeline

Open Deals. The line under the title says how many deals are open, how many need your team, and how many have replied recently. On the board, each stage is split into Your move, the deals waiting on your team, and Waiting on them. Use Owner in the toolbar to see one person's deals. Move a deal and mark the outcome covers stages and outcomes.

Who is waiting

  • Needs you on Today counts the replies waiting, the calls owed and the callbacks due.
  • Deals → Inbox lists every conversation waiting on an answer, longest first. Whose narrows it to Unassigned: those are the parents nobody owns yet. Give each one an owner from the conversation's head.
  • A conversation that mentions harm, safety, illness or a loss is marked Needs a person, and you are notified. See Answer the Inbox.
