Automations for one club
Limit an automation to the locations you pick, so each club can run its own messages.
An automation runs for every location unless you pick some. With more than one location, each automation can be limited to one or several of them.
Steps
- Open Marketing → Automations and the automation, or press Add automation and Create automation to make one.
- Under the trigger, open the field named after your locations, such as Clubs. With none picked it reads All clubs.
- Pick the clubs it should run for. It runs only for people at those clubs.
- Save the automation.
On Automations, Applies to shows the clubs under the trigger, such as "At Pine Ridge" or "At Cedar Park, Pine Ridge and 2 more". Nothing is shown for an automation that runs everywhere.
Which club a person belongs to
A deal belongs to the location it was filed at. A tour belongs to the deal's location. A member's events belong to the location of their membership.
A different welcome for each club
Instant lead response and Lead follow-up cadence are run by Monody for every location, and they have no location choice. To send each club its own welcome:
- Create one automation for each club with the Lead created trigger, and pick that club.
- Write each club's welcome.
- Turn Instant lead response off with the switch at the top of its page, so new deals do not receive two welcomes.
When it does not show
- A business with one location has no location choice.
- A location that has closed is not offered, and it is dropped from an automation the next time it is saved.
