Team

The Team module (Settings → Team → Profiles) turns your staff into a public, always-current roster on your website, with credential tracking behind it. Build a profile, add credentials with expiry dates, and route it through review before it publishes. Editors work on a draft copy; a reviewer approves the change and it goes live with no downtime.

A credential expiring within 30 days is flagged and a lapsed one is marked expired, so a lapsed first-aid card is caught before it is a liability. Your website reads the roster from a live feed through the API. A ready-made embeddable widget is not available yet.
