Enrolling members
Sign up in person or send a self-serve join link; comp memberships for staff and promos.
Enroll a member from Clients → Members → Add member, or send them the public join wizard to sign up themselves — plan, policies, e-signature, and payment in one flow. Families enroll children under a guardian, and the guardian manages them from the member portal afterward.
Admins can grant a complimentary membership (no billing) for staff, founders, or promos — it activates like any membership but never touches Stripe.
