Progress and retention

For programs that progress — martial arts belts, coding levels, learning stages — promote a member from their record. Their current rank shows on the portal home ("yellow belt, 3 sessions to orange"), and a promotion can trigger a congratulations automation.

Visible progress is retention: the member who can see how far they've come is the member who renews. When a member does drift — attendance drops, a payment fails — that's your cue to run a save play.
